The refurbishment of this machine took the following steps:

Repair of buckets.
Straighten out dents to roof, wheel rims, mud guards etc.
Fully prepare machine for respray including keying of existing prima and removal of prima back to bare metal where necessary
Re-prime and paint machine in JCB yellow, spray cab roof diamond white.
Prepare, prime and paint lower cab window frames and Radio/speaker mounting cover, grey.
Fit Cab, install door latches, plastic and rubber trims etc.
Prepare, key and re-spray Cab.
Plastic prime JCB loader Badges and Gloss.
LOLER Examine and Certificate machine.
Sign write machine with customers name.
