One
of our larger fabrication projects involved the modification
of a large milking parlour for a local farm. The project
involved the following steps.
Design and manufacture of 16x triple parlour stalls
to suit existing rotary parlour.
Supply and semi install pneumatic air system onto new
parlour stalls (components include: 50 Cylinders c/w speed
regulation, 50 solenoid valves, 4 x 12 segment manifolds
c/w IP 65 enclosures, Emergency dump valve, silencers,
Air regulation and filtration pack, air rotary coupling,
350 metres of air line.
Supply modular customizable rump railings, braces and
hangers to suit existing parlour building.
Manufacture and supply exit bridge.
Galvanizing of all required components.
Completed milking
parlour.
